The C3Equalz x TKC Tangerine V2 established what the keyboard community means when it says "thocky linear." Full POM construction — both stem and housing — produces a distinctive sound signature that is warmer, deeper, and more resonant than switches with Nylon or PC housings. The V2 refined tolerances and spring consistency from the original run, cementing the Tangerine as the reference standard for POM linears.
Available in two spring weights, the 62g medium version is the more popular choice for daily typing and gaming balance. Stock feel is good but not exceptional. POM-on-POM has inherent smoothness from the low-friction material combination, but Tangerines do benefit significantly from lubing. A fresh coat of 205g0 on the rails transforms them from "pretty smooth" to "benchmark smooth."
