KeebTracker ("we," "us," "our") is independently operated. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Information We Collect
- Email addresses (alert sign-ups): If you sign up for restock alerts, we collect your email address solely to send the alerts you requested. This is opt-in only. We do not sell, rent, or share alert email addresses with third parties.
- Contact form submissions: Name and email collected only to respond to your inquiry.
- Search queries: Search queries entered on the site are not stored on a per-user basis and are not linked to your identity.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous aggregate usage data: page views, session duration, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (city/region). This data does not identify you personally.
Cookies
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics. Anonymous usage tracking. Contains no personally identifiable information.
- Advertising cookies: Set by Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use your browsing history to personalize ad content.
Disabling cookies in your browser will not affect the stock tracker's functionality. It will disable analytics collection and may show you less relevant ads.
Alert Email Subscriptions
When you subscribe to restock alerts, your email is stored solely for the purpose of sending those alerts. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert email, or by contacting us. We will remove your email from our system within 24 hours of an unsubscribe request.
We use a third-party transactional email provider to send alerts. Your email address is shared with this provider only for the purpose of alert delivery, under a data processing agreement that restricts their use.
Google AdSense
We display advertising through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and browsing activity. To opt out, visit google.com/settings/ads. Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-Party Links
KeebTracker links to vendor websites (Keychron, KBDFans, Glorious, etc.) and community platforms (GeekHack, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
Children's Privacy
KeebTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of any personal data you've submitted (email alert subscriptions, contact form submissions). Contact us via the Contact page. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA; EU/EEA residents under GDPR. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
